CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that our Cancellation Policy is applicable for any mode of booking, online, offline, individual or group
• 0 – 72 hours prior to arrival – NO REFUND
• 72 hours to 7 days prior to arrival – 50% REFUND OF ADVANCE AMOUNT
• More than 7 days prior to arrival – 80% REFUND OF ADVANCE AMOUNT
REFUND ON CANCELLATION OF BOOKING/RESERVATION
The refund on cancellation/reservation of confirmed booking (either at Hotel or Online) will be refunded by the same mode (except cash) within 07/10 days. Cash advance will be refunded through CASH/RTGS/NEFT. Refund on cancellation will not be possible for amended booking.
